This section contains prospects that have not successfully distributed

The unassigned leads visible to the logged in user depends on the following-
Matching branch permissions between the user and the campaign the prospect belongs to
Matching State licenses between the user and the lead’s property information

All unassigned leads have a Take button which enables users to take the leads and assign them to themselves

The count at the top right of each of the sections displays the number of unassigned leads present in the section

• The count automatically refreshes when a prospect is taken
