The Email detailsDetails- Clicked popup contains lead details that reflects information in inflow inFlow such as Primary agentAgent, Current statusStatus, Last activityActivity, First Name, Last name Name, etc.
It also indicates the action item type sent out to the application.
The View the email body can be viewed by hovering over the ‘envelope’ Envelope icon in the Email body Body column similar to the Email detailsDetails- Delivered popup.
Data can be exported Export data by using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal.
