The lead details reflect information in inflow inFlow such as Primary agentAgent, Current statusStatus, Last activityActivity, First Name, Last name Name, etc.
The green or grey tick checkmark in the ‘Succeeded’ Succeeded column indicates if the attempt was successfulData can be exported .
Export data using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal.
