Common failure reasons

  • No available agents were found

    • This reason is applicable to any distribution type

    • If no agents are found that match the distribution group’s filter conditions or the user registration’s distribution filters, then a lead exception would occur

  • No agents answered the call

    • This reason is applicable to Distribute Ring All only

      • Distribute Ring All is the only distribution type where calls are made to the agents in the distribution group and the prospect is assigned if an agent picks up and presses 1

      • If no agent picks up or presses 1, a lead exception would occur

  • No agents click New Lead button

    • for distribute all campaigns

1. Columns

  • Prospect name

    • First and Last name of the prospect distributed

  • Campaign

    • The campaign to which the prospect was posted or uploaded to

  • Description

    • Description added to the campaign

  • Distribution

    • The type of distribution used to distribute the prospect

  • Lead provider

    • The marketing channel selected in the campaign

  • Loan purpose type

    • The loan purpose type mentioned in the prospect’s details

  • Loan amount

    • The initial loan amount - first mentioned in the prospect’s details

  • State

    • The property state mentioned in the prospect’s details

  • Failure reason

    • The reason the distribution process failed

  • Create date

    • The date of creation of the prospect

  • Assign

    • Option to assign the prospect to any user in the org

  • Ignore

    • Option to ignore the prospect and hide it from Lead Exception

2. Assign Leads

Once user clicks the  button, a pop-up will appear asking the user to select the agent you want the lead to be assigned to.

Once the desired agent has been selected, click the ASSIGN button.  The lead should no longer be seen

3. Ignore leads

...

  • Leads that you no longer want to see or distribute can be ignored by clicking the IGNORE button

    • Once the button is clicked, there will be a browser pop-up asking “Do you really want to ignore this lead

    • If the user selects “OK” the lead will be moved to the ignored section

      • This will hide the lead from the Lead Exception page

  • The prospects that have been “ignored” can be viewed by selecting the Show Ignored checkbox

    • The ignored prospects will be displayed at the end of list of lead exception

    • When the Show Ignored button is checked, users are able to assign the Ignored leads

  • Reasons for failure:

  • No Available Agent found:

    • No users have the state license for the prospect

    • No users click New Lead button (for distribute all campaigns)

    • No users pick up and press “1” (for distribute ring all campaigns)

  • Fatal Error
