Content Comparison

The Inbound and Outbound Calls section contains information about all incoming and outgoing calls made to any agent in the organization.

  • All calls made by the agent to the borrower                           

• Talk Time

  • Total duration of the calls made

  • Sum of call counts for Inbound and Outbound columns

• Total Talk time

  • Sum of talk time for Inbound and Outbound columns

• Click Clicking on any call count displays the following popup

  • All three popups has contain the same content as the Marketing Inbound Calls.
