  • Sum of call counts for Inbound and Outbound columns

• Total Talk time

  • Sum of talk time for Inbound and Outbound columns

• Clicking on any call count displays the following popupthe Direct Inbound, Outbound, or Total Call Count opens the popup for that call count. All three popups contain the same content as the Marketing Inbound Calls popup. See the Marketing Inbound Calls article for details.
