Branching enables clients to segregate data and view rights for teams or branches within an organization.  This allows a corporate administrator to have the ability to clearly create boundaries between users based on their business focus.

Active applications can be viewed using the Global Application Search. The search is based on the logic that an application will be associated to a branch based on the Primary Branch of the Primary Agent. For example:

  • If Loan Officer A is assigned to an application that has a Primary Branch of Branch 1, then any user that has Branch 1 specified in their Branch Permissions will be able to view the application within Insellerate

  • If the Primary Agent of the application changes to a Loan Officer in Branch 2, then only users with Branch 2 specified in Branch Permissions can view the application in Insellerate.
