The SMS Details – Responded popup contains lead details of the applications who replied to the SMS dent from inTouch.

Image Modified

  • The lead details reflect information in inFlow such as Primary Agent, Current Status, Last Activity, First Name, Last Name, etc.

  • View the SMS body by hovering over the Text icon in the Email Body column similar to the SMS Details – Sent popup.

  • Export data using the Excel Export button.
