The Associated Applications feature enables users to view which applications a partner is associated to.
Business Value: During calls with partners, Associated Applications enables you to quickly view the applications the partner is connected to.

Creating Contacts
The agent associates people within the application by adding them to the Contacts list in the application. A contact may be created as one of the following:

Open inFlow.
Click Partner to open the section and view a list of partners.
Click the name of the partner whose associated applications you would like to view.
Click theAssociated Applicationssection in the right panel. It lists any application that the partner is associated to and what that association is. (The association is defined in the Contacts.)
If the partner has two associations with the application, both will be listed.
Click the associated application to open it in a new window.
