Bulk Actions is a tool that allows the user to change multiple applications at once. There are two three types of bulk actions:

  • Bulk Reassign

  • Bulk Change Status

Bulk Reassign

Bulk Reassign is used to reassign multiple applications from one user to anotherchanges that can be made:

User: Allows the user to change the assignment of leads

Status & Activity:  Allows the user to change the status of leads

Unassigned:  Allows the user to give unassigned leads to agents with appropriate state licensing

User (Change Lead Assignment)

When reassigning bulk leads between users, the user can ensure that only leads the recipient is licensed in are available for reassignment.

  1. Click the Bulk Actions icon in the top right corner of the pagemain menu bar. This opens the Bulk Actions popup.

  2. Select Click the User tab.

  3. In the From dropdown, select the user whose applications are being reassigned. The table will populate with all applications currently assigned to that user.

  4. Turn the Filter by State toggle switch to Yes to filter the list of leads by the state licenses associated with the selected user. Leads that do not include a state will also be listed and may be assigned to the user.

  5. In the To dropdown, select the user who will receive these the applications. Select multiple checkboxes to choose multiple applications, or click the top checkbox to select the entire page.

  6. Click the three dots in the State column and Filter to see a list of states the user in the To field is licensed in.

    Note: The state licensing information for each user is listed in the State Licenses field of User Registration. These are the states that will show leads for bulk reassigning.

  7. Click Assign to reassign applications. Green popup notifications appear to confirm success.

Bulk Change Status

Status & Activity (Change Lead Status)

Users change the status and activity of multiple applications at once.

  1. Click the Bulk Actions icon in the top right corner of the pagemain menu bar. This opens the Bulk Actions popup.

  2. Select Click the Status & Activity tab.

  3. In the From dropdowns, select the Status and Activity of the applications you want to changebe changed. The table will populate with all applications currently in that Activity.

  4. In the To dropdowns, select the desired Status and Activity.
    Note: The Activity dropdowns are initially grayed out. Select a Statusto populate the corresponding activities in the dropdown.

  5. Select multiple checkboxes to choose multiple applications, or click the top checkbox to select the entire page.

  6. Click Assign to change the status of the applications.

Unassigned (Assign Unassigned Leads)

The Unassigned option allows for bulk assignment of any leads in the Unassigned Lead queue in inFlow. The State Licensing filter allows the user to easily see who the unassigned leads can be assigned to.

Note: The State Licensing filter is on by default when assigning unassigned leads.

  1. Click the Unassigned tab.

  2. Select an agent from the To dropdown menu.

  3. A list of unassigned leads will appear. Each lead meets the following criteria:

    • Is in the agent’s View Permissions for branches by the lead campaign

    • Is in a state for which the agent has the appropriate state licensing

  4. Place a check mark next to the lead(s) to be assigned to the agent.

  5. Click Assign.

  6. A green popup notification appears to confirm that the leads are being assigned.

  7. A second green popup notification confirms the successful assignment of the lead(s).

Tips

  1. The default number of applications displayed in the table is 10. This can be increased to 25 or 100 items per page.

  2. Click the Select All checkbox to select all items on the page.

  3. Columns can be filtered by clicking the Filter icon in the column header. For example, to filter results by campaign:

    1. Click the Filter icon in the Campaign column.

    2. Select the desired campaigns.

    3. Click Filter.

    4. Click Clear to turn off the filter.

  4. Results can be displayed in ascending or descending order by clicking a column header.
