Information about the Distribution Group

Distribution Filters

Specify restrictions using the filters; if no filters are defined, all users are included in the group.

  • Required State License: if If turned on, leads will be distributed based on state licenses.

  • Required Login: if If turned on, leads will only be distributed to agents who are logged in to Insellerate.

  • Require Loan: If turned on, leads will be distributed to those agents who are eligible based on the loan types listed in their User Regsitration.

  • Require Loan Purpose: If turned on, leads will be distributed to those agents who are eligible based on the loan purpose types listed in their User Regsitration.

  • Manually selecting agents from the Agent dropdown overrides all other dropdown filters.

Turning the Require Loan or Require Loan Purpose toggle switches to Yes, allows the user to filter the Distribution Group by those agents who are eligible for leads based on those filters. If the agent has the Loan Type or Loan Purpose Type of a specific lead listed in their User Registration, they will be included in the Distribution Group for that lead.
