All correspondence with any contact with a mobile number requires their consent. Before any correspondence with a contact occurs, users agents must have consent to receive messages from their organization through Insellerate.

Consent from borrowers/co-borrowers is not granted at an organization level. It is granted for each conversation between an agent with an SMS number and the number they are attempting to contact. However, consent from external contacts (real estate agents, referral partners) is granted at an organization level.
