From the Lead Caps page, choose a name from the User drop-down menu to view a specific agent.
The list of campaigns associated with that agent opensthat opens includes only those that the agent has access to. The Custom Lead Cap column is now included for each campaign.
Click inside the Custom Lead Cap box of the campaign whose lead cap you would like to change.
Type or use the up/down arrows to modify the number.
The Custom Lead Cap column displays the modified lead cap number for the selected agent within that campaign.
