  1. From the Lead Caps page, choose a name from the User drop-down menu to view a specific agent.

  2. The list of campaigns that opens includes only those that the agent has access to. The Custom Lead Cap column is now included for each campaign.

  3. Click inside the Custom Lead Cap box of the campaign whose lead cap you would like to change.

  4. Type or use the up/down arrows to modify the number.

  5. The Custom Lead Cap column displays the modified lead cap number for the selected agent within that campaign.

How to Set a Total User Lead Cap in User Registration

A total lead cap (limiting the total number of leads a user can takereceive each day across all campaigns) can be set for each agent within User Registration.
