Select SMS Report from the inSight drop-down menu.
The SMS Report page opens.
Select the filters you would like to see on the report.
Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open based on the length of the time period and/or the number of SMS messages that were sent.
The screen displaying the report data opens.

Campaign | The inTouch Campaign campaign the SMS Template template is associated with |
Contact Type | Based on the Contact Type filter list: Borrower, Partner, Internal Team, or Manual |
SMS Template | The inTouch SMS template being used for the SMS messages sent |
Sent Count | How many leads/contacts were identified per the inTouch filter criteria |
Processed % | How many leads/contacts Insellerate pushed to be sent to the carriers. Those ; excluded leads/contacts could be because of due to duplicates or bad SMS numbers |
Responded Count | Number of leads/contacts that responded to the SMS messages sent |
Responded % | % of SMS Processed messages processed that had a response |
Opted Out Count | Number of Leads leads/contacted that requested to be removed from SMS campaigns |
Opted Out Count % | % of leads/contacted processed that requested to be removed from SMS campaigns. |
