The Unassigned Leads section contains prospects that have not been successfully distributed. This section requires permission. See the /wiki/spaces/INSPT/pages/981434369 for more details.
The unassigned leads that are visible to you depend on:
Matching Your state licensing, branch permissions between the user and the campaign the prospect belongs toMatching state licenses between the user and the lead’s property information, loan purpose types, and loan types
All unassigned leads have a Take button which enables you to assign the leads to yourself
The count at the top right of each of the sections displays the number of unassigned leads present in the section. The count automatically refreshes when a prospect is taken.
