This reporting feature allows you to display Preset Reports, including all applications assigned to the user specified in the Team/Agent dropdown near the top of the page.  Users  Users can see company-level reports and have the ability to create custom My Pipeline Reports.

  • The main grid section is blank and contains the message: Run the report to view the pipeline.

  • The system default view cannot be deleted or edited.

  • Without any filter set saved and selected, the Run Report button is disabled.

  • Without a filter view marked as Primary, every time a user navigates to a My Pipeline report, the default view (as seen in the above screenshot) is displayed.

  • The default sorting order of My Pipeline is descending order of App Created Date columns.

Company Preset Reports are set up by an organization’s administrators and contain the parameters for data they build in the report. Running a Company Preset Report will search for all the leads that meet the report's criteria and bring the results into a datasheet view on the screen. The data results can be filtered and refined the data for the user’s needs.

  1. Click the Preset Report dropdown.

  2. Click the name of the report you would like to view. In this example, we have selected to view the FULL LEADS Company Preset Report.

Creating My Preset Reports

  1. Select a Company Preset Report.

  2. From the Team/Agent drop-down list, select the user group from which you would like to see data.

  3. Click Run Report to pull in the data.


  4. Filter the data results to refine them to the view you would like to see regularly.

  5. Click Filter.

  6. Click Save My Preset Report.

  7. Name the report. A best practice is to choose a descriptive name that will help you remember the data included in the report.

  8. Click Save. The report can now be found in the Preset Report dropdown.
