Inactive Paths do not count towards your allotted total

What does it mean for all Marketing Managers and Admins?

You now have the option to increase the limit of 35 paths to 45. You will need to open a request with customer support to have your limit increased.Now when a Path is marked 'Inactive” it will not count towards your total of 35 allowed paths.

User Preferences: Customer Default Type

When an organization uses an Other Field for a Partner, that field will show the custom name in inFlow and inTouch engagement tokens. Visibility to the custom field name will improve the user experience by seeing the category name for the data contained in the field.
