When a user clicks to call in Insellerate, and the caller ID field is blank, it will display the work number in the user ID to the client.

What does it mean for Loan Officers, Sales Managers?
When adding a partner and the associated partner has granted consent for SMS, it will apply to all applications associated with the partner. So you can text the partner on any associated application without asking for consent again.

Admin: Custom Queue Removal Timers
What does it mean forAdmins?
After an application is taken from a custom queue, this enhancement will allow the administrator to define how long until a lead can be taken from any custom queue. Admins can set a timer at each custom queue level. Timers can be set in minutes and hours.
