Complete | Clicking Complete finishes the follow-up. The completed status of the follow-up will show in the Lead History. |
Dismiss | Clicking Dismiss allows you to removethe remove the selected follow-up from the list (highlighted in green). The follow-up will be removed from the popup. |
Dismiss All | Clicking Dismiss All allows you to dismiss all follow-ups present and clear the entire popup. Dismissing any follow-up ensures that the reminder for that follow-up is never displayed again. |
