Overview

The Real Estate (RE) Agent Report shows you partner Partner information for Buyer and Seller Agents associated with the lead. Creating a partner Partner in a Web Application or Mobile Application as a Buyer/Seller Agent will add them to the RE Agent Report. The results can also be filtered in the following ways to allow you to gain insights into your partners differently.

Filter

Description

Date

  • Defines the time period of the report.

  • It always Always defaults to the current date when it first opened.

Branch

  • Is the listing of branch names of associate leads.

  • Always defaults to My Branch when first opened.

Buyer/Seller

 

  • A buyer agent Buyer Agent is actively helping their client look for a home.

  • Seller agent Agent is the agent who is selling the property/mortgage.

  • It always Always defaults to All when first opened.

Campaign

  • Displays information about the selected campaign.

  • It always Always defaults to All when first opened.

Info

Users can export reports as an Excel file by clicking the Excel Export button. The report view can also be saved/loaded/cleared. See the Saved Report Views article for more details.

  • Additional columns can be added to the report.

  • Column totals are listed at the bottom of the report.

  • The Totals row contains the aggregated data of the respective columns.

  • The columns Columns can be ordered in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header or selecting it in the column dropdown. Additionally, columns can be reordered by dragging the column header.

  • More statuses can be added/removed. The statuses displayed are configured according to each organization.

  • Column totals are listed at the bottom of the report.

  • The Totals row contains the aggregated data of the respective columns.

Column Name

Description

RE Agent Name

Name of the real estate agent selected from the dropdown drop-down list of agents.

RE Agent Branch

Name of the real estate agent branch.

RE Agent Company

Name of the real estate agent company.

Primary Agent Name

The current primary agent of the application.

Total Leads

  • The total amount of leads provided by the real estate agent.

  • Clicking the number opens the Leads Details.

Conversion Rate

Percentage of leads that get to processing.

Application

  • The lead is one of the application statuses.

  • Clicking the number opens the Leads Details.

Funded

  • The lead resulted in a funded loan.

  • Clicking the number opens the Leads Details.
