Overview

This article describes how to update the information in your User Profile for AgentConnect.

  1. Facebook Link

    1. Open your Facebook page in your browser.

    2. Click Pages in the menu on the left.

    3. Click the business page you want to copy.

    4. Right-click inside the search bar of the opened business page and select Copy to copy the URL.

    5. Navigate back to your Insellerate User Profile.

    6. Right-click inside the Facebook Link field and select Paste to add the URL.

    7. Click the square with an arrow icon to confirm the link works and your Facebook page opens in a new tab.

  2. LinkedIn Link

    1. Open your LinkedIn profile in your browser.

    2. Click on your profile picture.

    3. Click Edit public profile & URL.

    4. Highlight your URL under Edit your custom URL.

    5. Right-click and select Copy.

    6. Navigate back to your Insellerate User Profile.

    7. Right-click inside the LinkedIn Link field and select Paste to add the URL.

    8. Click the square with an arrow icon to confirm the link works and your LinkedIn profile opens in a new tab.

  3. Website Link

    1. Open your company or loan officer’s website in your browser.

    2. Right-click inside the search bar and select Copy to copy the URL.

    3. Navigate back to your Insellerate User Profile.

    4. Right-click inside the Website Link field and select Paste to add the URL.

    5. Click the square with an arrow icon to confirm the link works and the company website opens in a new tab.

  4. Apply Now Link

    1. If you have a point-of-sale application that allows clients to complete an application online, copy the URL into the Apply Now Link field.

    2. Click the square with an arrow icon to confirm the link works correctly.

  5. Time Zone

    1. Click the dropdown to select the time zone.

  6. Enable Flyer Notifications

    1. The default is set to Yes to Enable Flyer Notifications. When the toggle is turned to Yes, email notifications will be sent whenever an interested party visits the landing page.

    2. This feature will be added in an upcoming release.

  7. Office Phone

    1. Enter your office phone number if you have one.

  8. About Me and About Blank

    These sections can be used to

    1. This section can add anything you would like want to share on the landing page.

    2. Follow the direction of your organization for these sections.

  9. Profile Picture and Updated Profile Picture

    1. Profile Picture: This shows your current profile picture if you already have one uploaded.

    2. Updated Profile Picture: Add (for initial setup) or update the image used in your profile picture.

    Optimal Blue Business Channel and Optimal Blue User ID

    1. Do not edit the Optimal Blue fields.

    2. Your admins will set these up to ensure you have a proper connection to use pricing in AgentConnect.

  10. Click Update to save the information and send it to AgentConnect.

  11. A green popup notification confirms that the information is has been successfully uploaded.

  12. Select AgentConnect from the inTouch tab.

  13. Log in to AgentConnect using the same email and password you use to access Insellerate.
    Note: If you need to reset your password, reset it through the Insellerate sign-in screen (NOT the AgentConnect sign-in screen) to keep them in sync.
