Overview

Associating leads with your partners Partners in Insellerate allows you to pull up view a partner Partner and see all the applications you are working on for that partnerPartner. You can do this in the web application or the mobile application.

Instructions

1. Search Click the magnifying glass to search for thelead you want to associate with your partnerPartner.

2. Enter the name of the lead you want to associate with your partnerPartner.

3. Open the lead in the mobile application.

4. Click on the lead to open up the Lead Details.

5. Open the Contact section in the Application Panel and find the partner Partner fields.
   Note: Organizations have custom sections in the Application Panel. You may have to open more than one section to find the fields for Attorneys and Referral Partners. If you do not see the Partner fields in any section, reach out to contact your organization’s Admin to see if your organization uses the Partner workflow. If your organization wants to use the Partner workflow, contact Insellerate Support to set it up.

6. Enter any applicable Real Estate real estate Partner information. It is possible to populate the Buyer and Seller fields from your Loan Operating System. Admins can contact Insellerate Support to see if this is an option.

   • Buyer Agent: Select the agent from the drop-down on the purchase contract representing the Buyer.

   • Seller Agent: Select the agent from the drop-down from the purchase contract representing the Seller.

7. Enter any applicable Attorney Partner information. Entering this information can be a helpful tool for new partner leads.

   • Buyer Attorney: Select the Attorney from the drop-down representing the Buyer when applicable.

   • Seller Attorney: Select the Attorney from the drop-down representing the Seller when applicable.

8. Referral Partners: This field is critical to associating a lead with a referral partner.

10. Select the Referal Partner from the drop-down. This will tie this application to your partner. This field iscritical to associating a lead with a Referral Partner.

11. A list of your partners will open. Select the partner with whom you want to associate the lead.

12. Click Save to associate the lead with the selected partnerPartner.
