How to Review Calls Using Recent Communications

1. Click the Recent Communications icon to open the Recent Communications tab.

2. This will open the The Recent Communications tab opens.
   

   

   • This tab

   will show you

   • displays the history of calls over the last seven days. It includes Missed Calls, Calls, Made, and Calls Received.

     • Missed Calls

3. Click on a call to see the call details
