Co-branded flyers and social media content
Users can now associate with a partner they want to co-brand with on flyers or social media documents.
Flyer templates need to be created by a user with Content Creator permissions.
What does this mean to Content Creators?

Custom Queues
Ability to preview additional lead data prior to “Taking” the lead
Custom Queue admin tool adding a new setting that will allow the user What does this mean for Admins?
A new Custom Queue feature allows users to preview additional information in a popup window for a lead that they are not able permitted to view. User can “Take” the lead from the popup window as well. Goal: some clients will call leads This feature is only available to users if the admin sets the Preview Lead Info toggle to Yes in the Custom Queue settings. The popup window also allows users to Take the lead if the Take Button toggle is set to Yes.
What does this mean for Loan Officers?
If a user calls a lead in Custom Queues before “Taking” Taking the lead. This allows them to know more about the lead pre answer, this new feature provides them with the opportunity to learn more about the lead before the call is answered. Users can preview additional information in a popup window for a lead that they are not permitted to view. Once the lead answers, they the user can select “Take” Take and will have has full control over the lead. They do not want to “Take” the lead if no one answers.

If the lead does not answer, the user is not required to Take the lead. The popup window also allows users to Take the lead if the admin set the Take Button toggle to Yes.

If the user selects a property flyer template that includes loan pricing (via integration with your pricing engine) and no matching loan programs are identified, the flyer will automatically remove the loan option section from both the flyer and the landing page.
