Description
This article describes how to set up the Alerts Timer that enables you to determine when a lead is added to the prioritized alerts list.
Steps
Select Workflow from the Admin dropdown menu.
Click Edit where you would like to set the alert from the Workflow list. In this example, we are selecting, ClearPath Insellerate/New Lead/@Received.
Change the Alerts Timer toggle from Off to On.
Complete the Alerts Timer fields and click Update to save the changes.
Date Range: Define how far back you wish to display alerts.

The process of setting an alert remains the same with the following additions-
2.a. Alerts by Campaign
Alerts can now be enabled for specified campaigns.
By default, alerts are enabled for all campaigns. To select specific campaigns, please select them from the multiselect drop down menu.

2.b. Alerts by Date Range
Alerts can now be displayed by a specified date range.
By default, alerts from July 1st 2018 – Present will be displayed in inFlow.

How to Add Alert Details: Note and Due Date Timer
Admins can add notes and set a due date timer to display on prioritized alerts. This functionality enhances the prioritized alerts and sets due dates for the alerts. This allows loan officers to sort by due dates to prioritize their work.
Click inFocus.
Click Alerts Priority from the drop-down options to open the Alerts Priority window.
Click the edit pencil icon of a selected alert to open the Alert Details popup window for that alert.
Enter information in the Alert Note field.
Set the Due Date Timer by adding the number of days, hours, or minutes from the create date for the due date.
Click Update to save the note and due date.
