Associating leads with your Partners partners in Insellerate will allow allows you to pull up a Partner and see view all the applications you are working on for that Partnerpartner.

Instructions

1. Access Select inFlow from theinFlow tab in the main menu bar.

2. Search for the application you want to associate with.

3. Open the lead in the Application Panel.

4. Locate the Partner fieldsImage Added

5. Select Applications from the Workflow Typedropdown menu.

6. Select an option from the Lists, Queues, or Workflows in the Menu Panel. In this example, Sally Newberry’s partner information is in the Contact section.
   Note: Organizations have custom sections in the Application Panel. You may need to open more than one section to find the fields for Agents and Referral Partners. If you do not see the Partner fields in any section, reach out to your organization’s Admin to see if your organization is using the Partner workflow. If your organization wants to use the Partner workflow, contact Insellerate Support to set it up.

7. Select a lead. In this example, we are selecting Richard Brennan and the details in the Record Details Panel to the right.

8. Open the Contact Form section if it is not already open.

10. Enter any applicable Partner information.
    Note: It is possible to populate these fields from your Loan Operating System. Admins can contact Insellerate Support to see if this is an option. Entering this information can be a valuable tool for new Partner partner leads.

    • Buyer Agent: Select the agent from the drop-down dropdown on the purchase contract representing the Buyer.

    • Seller Agent: Select the agent from the drop-down dropdown from the purchase contract representing the Seller.

    • Buyer Attorney: Select the Attorney from the drop-down dropdown representing the Buyer when applicable.

    • Seller Attorney: Select the Attorney from the drop-down dropdown representing the Seller when applicable.

    • Referral Partner: This field is critical to associating a lead with a Referral Partner. Select the Referal Referral Partner from the drop-downdropdown. This will tie this application to your Partner.

If you do not see your Partnerpartner, add your Partner partner to Insellerate.
