  1. Select User Profile from the User Avatar dropdown list.

  2. Click Third Party Integrations in the User Profile popup window.

  3. Turn the Calendar Integration toggle to Yes. A Reauthentication button appears and the Microsoft Login popup window opens.

  4. Log in to Outlook. If your organization requires admin approval:

    • Enter your justification.

    • Click Request approval.

    • Note: The Reauthenticate button will appear in the Third Party Integrations section of your User Profile once your request is approved. If you change your Outlook password, you will need to return to the User Profile and click the Reauthenticate button.
        

  5. Click Update.

  6. Outlook calendar items will now be visible in inFlow.

  7. To view the details of the calendar entry:

    • Right-click on the event.

    • Select Edit. The invite will open and the details will be visible.
