Calling List Tool: Prioritized Alerts

Added as an Audience Option
Users can now select their Prioritized Alerts as an audience in the Calling List Tool to assist in more quickly . This will help in calling through open items more quickly. Just select “Prioritized Alerts” Prioritized Alerts in the “Audience Type” Audience Type and then choose if you want to work on Applications or Partners.

inFlow: Call Through Prioritized Alerts within

inFlow More Quickly
New logic has been added to “Prioritized Alerts” Prioritized Alerts in the new inFlow to assist users to call through more quickly.
When you call a record in “Prioritized Alerts” Prioritized Alerts by selecting the phone number, the record will load and it will then remove itself from the list so you know what items are still outstanding.
Every 10 ten minutes “Prioritized Alerts” Prioritized Alerts will auto refresh to load in new alerts.
Note: if If recently called records still qualify for “Prioritized Alerts”Prioritized Alerts, they will reload into the section.
Email Editor Updates
Several updates where were made to the advanced email editor in inTouch and the Content Library to improve the user experience.
AI Editor: users Users can now use AI tools to assist is crafting emails.
Redo/Undo button added : Added in case you make a mistake.
Image Folders: admins Admins can now set users to view all org images or only view their personal images.
Other Enhancements
inFlow 2.0 Left Side bar: can Can be set to as “Expanded” Expanded or “Collapsed” Collapsed.
Expanded: Sidebar
stays fixed on the left side.
Collapsed: Sidebar
remains collapsed until the user hovers over it and then it will auto expand.
Email Reporting: Updated to align with SendGrid changes for more accuracy.
