Select User Profile in the dropdown.

main menu bar to open the dropdown.
Click User Profile to open the User Profile popup window. Only an administrator can edit grayed-out fields.
The User Profile popup window opens.
In the Work number field, enter the number that you would like to use when initiating Click-To-Call.
Click Update.
