The Manager Review section contains all of the Manager Reviews created for the any lead within the organization. All Manager Reviews are visible to all users of the organization. Any user has the ability to approve a Manager Review.

While a Manager Review cannot be deleted, it can be removed from the Manager Review section by approving the review. Any agent within the organization can approve a Manager Review. A green toastr popup notification is displayed when the Manager Review is approved. Approving a Manager Review does not remove the note added in the Manager Review from the Notes section of the lead.
