custom queues can be used only in the Calling List Tool

When creating a custom queue, admins can now define in the “System System View Permissions” Permissions dropdown where each Custom Queue custom queue can be viewed:

  • inFlow Only

  • Calling List Tool Only

  • All: inFlow and Calling List Tool

Calling List Tool audiences will only bring back the first 5,000 records. When users filter the columns, they can reload the page by selecting the “Load Load with Filters” Filters button, and the system will go back to the database and find the first 5,000 records that match that criteria.

Whether using inTouch or Custom Filters, users can now define date filters down to the hour. Key A key way to use this enhancement is in calling lists to exclude any record that has been called in the past “X” hours.
