The distribution group selected within the campaign determines which agents will see the available lead.
Clicking the New Leads button assigns the lead to the agent who clicks first. A green popup notification with lead details is then displayed to notify the user of a new lead assignment.
If the user is on any page other than inFlow, clicking on the New Leads button redirects the user to inFlow and displays the lead details of the newly taken lead on the right side.
If the prospect (lead) is not distributed successfully, it goes to the Lead Exception page and the Unassigned Leads section of inFlow.
