The SMS Details – Responded pop up popup contains lead details of the applications who replied to the SMS dent from inTouch.

The lead details reflect information in inflow inFlow such as Primary agentAgent, Current statusStatus, Last activityActivity, First Name, Last name Name, etc.
The sms body can also be viewed View the SMS body by hovering over the ‘text’ Text icon in the Email body Body column similar to the SMS details- Sent pop upData can be exported Details – Sent popup.
Export data using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal.
