The Associated Applications feature enables users to view which applications a partner is associated to. The business value this feature provides during calls with partners is that it enables you to quickly view the applications the partner is connected to.

Associating External Contacts / Partners to Applications
The agent associates external contacts/partners to an application by adding them to specifically designed fields in an application. Theses These fields must be added to the Contact Form/Application by your admin and can be placed anywhere.
A best practice is to create a “Contacts” Contacts or “Partners” Partners section that lists all the different ways you can associate an external contact/partner to the application. An external contact/partner can be associated to an application in the following different types of relationships:
Buyer Agent
Seller Agent
Buyer Attorney
Seller Attorney
Referral Partner

How to View Associates
Open inFlow.
- Click Partner to open the section and view a list of partners.
Click the name of the partner whose associated applications you would like to view.Click theAssociated Applicationssection in the right panel. It Click inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown list.
Select Partner from the Workflow dropdown options in the Menu Panel.
Select an option from the Lists, Partner Queues, or Workflows in the Menu Panel. In this example, we have selected Active Partners and the leads are listed in the Record List Panel to the right.
Note: Only Prioritized Alerts in the Lists section will yield results in the Record Details Panel.Select alead. In this example, we are selecting the first lead (Lead Name: Lauren SkollTest) from the list.
The Record Details Panel for the selected lead opens to the right.
Click theAssociated Applicationstab.
The Associated Applications section opens and lists any application that the partner is associated to and what that association is. (The association is defined in the Contacts.)
If the partner has two associations with the application, both will be listed.
Click the associated application to open it in a new window.Click an associated application to open it in a new window. In this example, we are opening the first associated application in the list (ApplicationId 50729, Deirdre Denomme).
The associated application opens in a new browser window.
