To upload to a set of agents, you can add “AssignToEmail” AssignToEmail or “AssignToUserId” AssignToUserId as a column in the CSV. The Default drop down dropdown can be used to default to a specific agent in the case “AssignToEmail” and “AssignToUserId” if AssignToEmail and AssignToUserId are both missing, or they are present but the email address or userid user ID passed into the columns does not match an agent in the CRM.

  1. Add a new Row 1 in your CSV data.

  2. Begin adding column headers from Column C in the Prospect Table into the new Row 1 inside your data file.
    Note: It is important to ensure that the column headers in the data file match. For example, if you have a column with the borrower's first name, the Insellerate column header should be “First_Name.”

  3. Once all of the desired column headers are added, upload the file. (You can drag and drop your CSV file into the designated space within the campaign screen.)

  4. Click Update.
