When reaching out to a Partner, have the Partner lead open so you can quickly access any leads you want to discuss.

Instructions

1. From the Login screen, there are two ways to access the Partner section in the mobile application.

   • Option 1

     1. Select Partners from the main menu bar.

     2. Click the Menu icon.
        

        

     3. Select Partners.
        

        

   • Option 2

     1. Select Partners from the menu bar at the bottom of your mobile screen.
        

        

2. There are two options for you to select your Partnerpartner.

   • Option 1: Use the Search function.

     1. Search by Partner partner name.
        

        

   • Option 2: Open the lead from the Partner partner pipeline view.

     1. Open the section with your Partnerpartner.
        

        

     2. Select your Partner partner.
        

        

3. The Partner Lead DetailsDetail screen opens.

5. All of the applications associated with this Partner partner will appear.
