Overview

Associating leads applications with your partners in Insellerate allows you to view a partner and see all the applications you are working on for that partner. You can do this in the web application or the mobile application.

Instructions

1. Click the magnifying glass to search for thelead application you want to associate with your partner.
   

   

2. Enter the name of the leadapplication you want to associate with your partner.
   

   

3. Open the lead application in the mobile applicationapp.
   

   

4. Click the lead application to open the Lead Details.
   

   

5. Open the Contact Contacts section in the Application Panel and find the Partner partnerfields.
   Note: Organizations have custom sections in the Application Panel. You may have to open more than one section to find the fields for Attorneys and Referral Partners Buyer/Seller Agent, Buyer/Seller Attorney, and Referral Partner fields. If you do not see the Partner partner fields in any section, contact your organization’s Admin to see if your organization uses the Partner partner workflow. If your organization wants to use the Partner partner workflow, contact Insellerate Support to set it up.
   

   

6. Enter any applicable real estate partner information. It is possible to populate the Buyer Agent and Seller Agent fields from your Loan Operating System. Admins can contact Insellerate Support to see if this is an option.

   • Buyer Agent: Select the agent from the dropdown on the purchase contract representing the Buyerbuyer.

   • Seller Agent: Select the agent from the dropdown from the purchase contract representing the Sellerseller.
     

     

7. Enter any applicable Attorney Partner information. Entering this information can be a helpful tool for new partner leads.

   • Buyer Attorney: Select the Attorney from the dropdown representing the Buyer buyer when applicable.

   • Seller Attorney: Select the Attorney from the dropdown representing the Seller seller when applicable.
     

     

8. Select the Referal Partner from the dropdown. This will tie this application to your partner. This field iscritical to associating a lead with a Referral Partnerreferral partner.
   

   

9. A list of your partners will open. Select the partner with whom you want to associate the leadapplication.
   

   

10. Click Save to associate the lead application with the selected partner.
