To bulk reassign lead, you must be logged in as a Manager or above. |
In the upper right-hand corner of the screen select, the 2 Click the icon of two arrows pointed in the opposite direction

Using the drop-down
In the From dropdown, select the agents' leads that you would like to reassign from.
Using the drop-downIn the To dropdown, select the agents' leads that you would like to reassign to.
You can use the filter button's on buttons on each column to filter the leads you would like to reassign (Ex. such as State, Campaign, etc.)
Use the checkboxes to select the leads that you would like reassigned, use . (Use the checkbox in the header to select all leads on that page.)
Select "Click Assign".
Tip: You can only select the leads that are on a single page. You can increase the max items per page to 100 at the bottom
