The Email details- Clicked pop up contains lead details that reflects information in inflow such as Primary agent, Current status, Last activity, First Name, Last name etc. It also indicates the action item type sent out to the application. The email body can also be viewed by hovering over the ‘envelope’ icon in the Email body column similar to the Email details- Delivered pop up. The Lead details pop data can be exported using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal.
