The SMS Details – Responded pop up contains lead details of the applications who replied to the SMS dent from inTouch
The lead details reflect information in inflow such as Primary agent, Current status, Last activity, First Name, Last name etc.
The sms body can also be viewed by hovering over the ‘text’ icon in the Email body column similar to the SMS details- Sent pop up
Data can be exported using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal
