The main campaign grid contains an overview of all the campaigns in the org that share the same branch permissions as the logged in user. To be able to view the inLead tab and in turn Campaign page, distribution and campaign permissions are required (see Permission for more details)

Marketing Channel
The Marketing channel selected for the campaign on the campaign edit page
Lead Vendor
The Lead vendor of the leads that belong to the campaign as mentioned on the campaign edit page
Name
The name of the campaign as mentioned on the campaign edit page
Description
The description of the campaign as mentioned on the campaign edit page
Url
The Post URL generated for the campaign as displayed on the campaign edit page
Start Date
A date set for the campaign to start as mentioned on the campaign edit page
End Date
A date set for the campaign to end as mentioned on the campaign edit page
Cost
The cost of the lead campaign as mentioned on the campaign edit page

2. Functions of the buttons
Click on the Edit button present at the end of any row in the Campaign grid page will take the user to the campaign edit page
Click on ADD button to creat a new campaign
Default
Toggle switch that displays which campaign in the org is the default campaign
A green toaster will be doisplayed when turn on / off the toggle
This is required for Fiserv Search and only up to 1 campaign is allowed to be made default for an org
