The Grey boxes displays static information based on user view. This information will only change if the user view has been changed. Information displayed is retrieved information dating back to the very first lead of the specified user

Pull-Through | Total number of Funded applications ever/ Total number of Processing applications |
The Blue boxes display time- based information based according to the calendar date range specified. If a Team Agent view is selected with a date range specified, the blue boxes will display information regarding the Team Agent’s performance during the dates specified

Lead Conversion | It is the rate of New Deals divided by New Leads. Calculated in percentage |
Contact Rate | It is the rate of contacted divided by New Leads, calculated in percentage |
