How To: Bulk Reassign

Step-by-step guide

1. To bulk reassign lead, you must be logged in as a Manager or above

2. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen select, the 2 arrows pointed in the opposite direction 

   

   1. *If you do not see this button, please contact your system admin, permissions may need to be enabled for you to export

3. Using the drop-down, select the agents leads that you would like to reassign from

4. Using the drop-down, select the agents leads that you would like to reassign to

5. You can use the filter button's on each column to filter the leads you would like to reassign (Ex. State, Campaign, etc.) 

   

6. Use the checkboxes to select the leads that you would like reassigned, use the checkbox in the header to select all leads on that page

7. Select "Assign"
   
   Tip: You can only select the leads that are on a single page. You can increase the max items per page to 100 at the bottom in the drop-down next to the page count.
