New Features/Enhancements


inFlow - Ability to Expand Left Panel to full screen view

Users can now expand the left side of inFlow to a full screen view. Combine this with adding more fields and saving your view and you will have more data visible at one time.

  1. Just click the new icon and the left panel expands.

  2. Click the retract icon to go back to the split screen view

  3. Or, you can just click on a lead and it will open in the split screen view.


Email Report: Ability to filter by Contact type

The Email Report now enables a user to filter by Recipient type:

  1. Borrower (Default)

  2. Internal Team - emails sent to users in the system

  3. Manual Entries - these are emails you manually enter within the inTouch set-up

  4. Partners - these are email sent to Real Estate Agents, Referral Partners or Attorneys associated to applications


Custom Queues: Ability to edit / create field views in set-up

Admins can now create / edit Field Views in Custom Queues set-up directly


Distribution Groups: Ability to set an exclusion list

If there are users you want to exclude from a distribution group using Role or Supervisor logic, you can now add them to an “Exclude Agents” list.
