ICR Call Completed Status Webhook: added new outcome
A new outcome names “Primary Agent Answered” was added to the Call Outcome webhook.
The Call Completed Status Webhook can post the the results of all inbound calls to a 3rd party endpoint.
Data will include:
Call Campaign Number
Outcome of the call
Users included in the distribution group
Winner of the call
Call time details: when and call length

Bugs
User Log in status
Issue: If user was logged into multiple tabs the user status was not logging properly.
Status: Resolved.
My Pipeline Export all and My Reports Access
Issue: Updates to export all for My Pipeline caused access issues for viewing the report in My Reports. Additional permissions were required.
Status: Resolved. Please contact support@insellerate.com if you need to provide access to export all functionality to team members.
