InFlow: Partners Other Field Customization
What does it mean for Loan Officers, Sales Managers, and Admins?
When an organization uses an Other Field for a Partner, that field will show the custom name in inFlow and inTouch engagement tokens. Visibility to thecustom field namewill improves the user experience by seeing the category name for the data contained in the field.
