Overview

This article describes how to use the voicemail feature of the WebPhone.


How to Review Calls Using Recent Communications

  1. Click the Recent Communications icon to open the Recent Communications tab.

     

  2. This will open the Recent Communications tab.

  3. This tab will show you the history of calls over the last seven days.

    1. Missed Calls

    2. Calls Made

    3. Call Received

  4. Click on a call to see the call details
