Custom Queues
Users with Custom Queue admin access can define if the custom queue can be viewable in the Borrower, Partner, or Both workflows. Learn more about Custom Queues.
Note: Existing custom queues are set to All. Admins can update the preferred Customer Type.

AgentConnect*
In the Pricing Integration Loan Program Set, an Administrator can now define a corporate-level default Loan Program Set that will be applied to all users. This removes the need for each user to define their own Loan Program Set. Learn more about AgentConnect and Pricing Engine integrations.
