The Unassigned Leads section contains prospects that have not been successfully distributed. The unassigned leads that are visible to you depend on your state licensing, branch permissions, loan purpose types, and loan types.
This article describes unassigned leads:
Click inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown list.
The Lists section of the Menu Panel includes Unassigned Leads. (It is one of the four default options.) The number shows how many leads are included.
Click Unassigned Leads in the Menu Panel to open the list of unassigned leads in the Record List Panel.
All unassigned leads have a Take button which allows you to assign a lead to yourself.
There are five green icons in the top right of the list of unassigned leads. These icons allow you to affect the view of the list.
Number of Assigned Leads
Lists the number of unassigned leads. The count automatically refreshes when a prospect is taken.
Refresh
Refreshes the list of unassigned leads.
Save
Saves the current list of unassigned leads based on the columns in that view. When you log back in, the same view will open.
Load Saved View
Loads a saved view of unassigned leads.
Clear Saved View
Clears the current saved view of unassigned leads.
These columns open by default in the Unassigned Leads in the Record List Panel.

Post Date | The date and time the lead was posted to the campaign via lead post or campaign upload |
Campaign | The campaign to which the lead was posted |
Loan amount | The Loan Amount- First mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted |
Phone | The mobile phone number of the lead |
Property State | The state in which the property is as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted |
Property Zip | The zip code of the property address as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted |
Mailing State | The mailing state of the mailing address as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted |
These additional columns can be selected in the Unassigned Leads in the Record List Panel.
